To register for Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year (classes start September 2024), children must be 5 years old on or before December 31, 2024.

For all registrations for our school, please read the following:

Please complete the Registration form in full, sign in the appropriate areas, and ensure you have completed and attached all the necessary documentation. If applicable, please attach a copy of your child's most recent report card.

Bussing is provided to eligible students in the Lord Selkirk School Division. If bussing is required, please complete the Request for Transportation form. If a bus is not required, please indicate that on the registration form.

Medical Questionnaire form - if a medical concern is identified on the registration form, please complete the medical questionnaire.

Authorization for the Administration of prescribed medication

School of Choice forms - should be completed ONLY if applying to attend a school out of your home school catchment area.

Child in Care form - should be completed ONLY if child is in the care of Child and Family Services.

As outlined by the Department of Records and LSSD, a copy of the child's Birth Certificate, Proof of Citizenship (as applicable) and parent/legal guardian Proof of Residency must accompany all registrations. Acceptable Proof of Residency document: Government issued photo identification that includes current address. Manitoba Health is not accepted as proof of residency. To avoid delays in processing, please forward all required documents with the registration.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to supply all the necessary documentation for school registrations. This checklist should help you:

Please use the checklist above to ensure all required documents are included with the registration.  Once all required forms and documents are completed, please print and drop them off at the school or scan and email to [email protected].  If determined necessary, an appointment with school administration will be arranged.
